Alpha Futures Standard 100k payout rules, explained simply
Prop firm payout rules are often confusing. Here are the Alpha Futures Standard 100k's, in plain English and with the real numbers, checked on Alpha Futures's own website on Sep 26, 2026. When Alpha Futures changes a rule, this page changes too.
In 30 seconds
- Earliest first payout: about 9 days after you buy, if you pass at the first try on the fewest days the rules allow.
- No buffer: profit can be withdrawn from the first dollar, once the other rules are met.
- Each payout is capped: $4,000 per payout (up to 50% of the profit), up to 4 payouts a month.
- You keep 90% of what you withdraw.
- Between payouts you need roughly $1,000 of new profit (5 days × $200).
Before your first payout
- Pass the evaluation: reach the $6,000 profit target without hitting the $3,000 max loss, trading at least 2 days.
- Days needed: 5 winning days ($200+) per payout.
- Consistency rule on payouts: your best day can't be more than 40% of your total profit. Example: if your best day is $1,000, you need at least $2,500 of total profit.
- Your request must be at least $500.
How much you take home
- Only half of your profit can be withdrawn in each payout; the rest stays in the account.
- Payout cap: $4,000 per payout (up to 50% of the profit), up to 4 payouts a month.
- Profit split: you keep 90% of what you withdraw.
Example: $8,000 of profit in the funded account
Getting funded costs $621 at the first try; with about $1,400 of profit, the first payout pays it back.
After the first payout
- Make about $1,000 of new profit before the next payout (5 days × $200).
- Typical processing time: Up to 5 business days.
- Path to a live account: Reviewed after 5 payouts or +$40K; then Live (80% split) or Alpha Prime.
- Scaling: position limits grow as your profit grows.
What can cost you a payout
- End-of-day trailing drawdown: the floor sits $3,000 below your highest end-of-day balance and moves up when you close a day at a new high (never down). Losses during the day only count at the close.
- Daily loss limit: $2,000. Losing more than that in a single day breaks the rule.
- Breaking the consistency rule doesn't fail the account, but it blocks the payout until your profit is spread over more days.
- News trading is not allowed: trades around major news can cost you the payout.
