In short: PropLens compares futures prop firms using the rules and prices each firm publishes. It is information, not financial advice. Rules and prices change often, so always check the firm's own website before you buy. Some links are affiliate links: they never change scores or rankings.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

PropLens (https://proplens.trading) is run by Tommaso Signoroni, Via Carlo Bonardi 58/B, 25049 Iseo (BS), Italy (contact: [email protected]). These terms apply to everyone who uses the site. By using it you accept them; if you don't, please don't use the site.

2. What PropLens is — and isn't

PropLens is an independent comparison and information service about futures proprietary trading firms ("prop firms") and their evaluation and funded accounts. We are not a prop firm, broker, exchange, investment firm or financial adviser, we don't sell evaluations or accounts, and we don't handle anyone's money. No prop firm owns or controls PropLens.

3. Not financial advice

Nothing on PropLens is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a personal recommendation to buy any product or to trade in any way. Scores, rankings, tags, "Top lists", calculators and the quiz apply the same published method to published rules: they describe accounts, they don't tell you what is right for your situation. Decisions you make are your own; if you need advice, ask a qualified professional.

4. Risks you should know

Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone.
Prop firm evaluations and most funded accounts are simulated trading. Evaluation and activation fees are usually not refundable, and many traders don't pass or never receive a payout.
Prop firms can change their rules, prices and payout terms, refuse or delay payouts, or close. A firm's past payouts or reviews don't guarantee how it will behave in the future.
Calculator results are estimates based on the assumptions you enter, not predictions.

5. Accuracy of the data

We take the data from each firm's own website and help center and show on every firm and account page the date it was last verified. We work to keep it correct, but firms change their terms often and sometimes without notice, and mistakes can happen. The firm's own current terms always prevail over what PropLens shows. If you spot an error, please use "Report wrong data" on the page: see how we check and correct data. Ratings and review counts come from third parties such as Trustpilot; payout figures are marked as self-reported by the firm or independently tracked.

6. Affiliate links

Some links to prop firms are affiliate links, and some discount codes are ours: if you buy through them we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. This is how PropLens stays free. Affiliate relationships never affect an account's score, its position in a ranking, or which accounts we list — every account is scored with the same published formula, and firms can't pay to change it.

7. Other websites

Links take you to websites we don't control. Your purchase, account and any dispute are between you and the prop firm, under its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for their content, products, services or decisions.

8. Names and trademarks

Prop firm, platform and other product names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify them. Their use doesn't mean that any of them endorses PropLens, or that we endorse them.

9. Using our content

You are welcome to use PropLens for your own information, and to link to or quote short parts of it with a link to the source page. Copying the site's data or pages in bulk — manually or with automated tools — or republishing them as your own requires our written permission.

10. Liability

PropLens is provided "as is", free of charge and for information only. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from the use of the site or from decisions based on it — including trading losses, fees paid to prop firms, or a firm's refusal to pay. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.

11. Changes and availability

We may change the site, the data shown, the scoring method or these terms at any time. The date at the top shows the last update; changes apply from that date. We don't guarantee that the site is always available or free of errors.

12. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you use PropLens as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
