Bots, copy trading and trading costs at Lucid Trading
- Automated trading systems are permitted and must follow all Lucid rules; you are responsible for software errors and malfunctions.
- High-frequency trading is prohibited: a written warning first, then profits removed and accounts closed.
- Microscalping: flagged when more than 50% of profits come from trades held 5 seconds or less (manual review; repeated cases lose those profits).
- Hedging is prohibited, including opposite or correlated positions across your own accounts, other traders' accounts or other firms.
- Trade copiers are permitted.
- Copied accounts can't hold opposite or correlated-opposite positions (that is hedging).
- Up to 5 funded accounts per household.
