UProfit Day Flex 50k payout rules, explained simply

Prop firm payout rules are often confusing. Here are the UProfit Day Flex 50k's, in plain English and with the real numbers, checked on UProfit's own website on Sep 26, 2026. When UProfit changes a rule, this page changes too.

In 30 seconds

  • Earliest first payout: about 5 days after you buy, if you pass at the first try on the fewest days the rules allow.
  • You can only withdraw profit above $52,500 (the first $2,500 of profit stays in the account as a buffer).
  • Each payout is capped: $1,500 per payout (3% of the account), max 6 payouts, then the account closes.
  • You keep 90% of what you withdraw.
  • Between payouts you need roughly $100 of new profit (minimum payout).

Before your first payout

  1. Pass the evaluation: reach the $3,000 profit target without hitting the $2,000 max loss.
  2. Grow the balance above $52,500. That's the buffer: money below it can't be withdrawn.
  3. Days needed: 3 profit days per payout.
  4. Consistency rule on payouts: your best day can't be more than 40% of your total profit. Example: if your best day is $1,000, you need at least $2,500 of total profit.
  5. Your request must be at least $100.

How much you take home

  • Payout cap: $1,500 per payout (3% of the account), max 6 payouts, then the account closes.
  • Profit split: you keep 90% of what you withdraw.

Example: $4,000 of profit in the funded account

Profit above the $2,500 buffer$1,500
Your 90% profit split$1,350
You receive$1,350

Getting funded costs $235 at the first try; with about $2,800 of profit, the first payout pays it back.

Try your own numbers

After the first payout

  • Make about $100 of new profit before the next payout (minimum payout).
  • Typical processing time: Within 24 business hours.

What can cost you a payout

  • End-of-day trailing drawdown: the floor sits $2,000 below your highest end-of-day balance and moves up when you close a day at a new high (never down). Losses during the day only count at the close.
  • Breaking the consistency rule doesn't fail the account, but it blocks the payout until your profit is spread over more days.
